DMP is a full-service, multi-disciplined firm, which employs approximately 60 professional engineers, planners, surveyors, and technicians who have the experience, knowledge and skills to handle virtually any project - large or small.

Over the years, DMP has developed an experienced staff with diversified expertise in many professional disciplines, and we partner with experienced consultants to provide a full range of services.  This enables us to provide Clients with a single source to complete a wide assortment of project needs.

Our employees are our greatest assets and we encourage our employees to be active in professional organizations and community activities.  We support NC AWWA-WEF, NC Rural Water Association, ACSE, PENC, NC Society of Surveyors, and the High Point Chamber of Commerce.  Our engineers and surveyors attend state, local, and national conferences to keep abreast of new developments and technologies in their fields of practice.

Our six partners are long term employees who have developed relationships with various clients and represent all aspects of our business. This ensures there is a capable management team in place to perpetuate the firm long into the future.
